Cambio Labs

Cambio Labs is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering underserved and low-income youth through entrepreneurial education and real-world job exposure. Their flagship program is a Social Entrepreneurship Incubator in which participants work in teams to identify community or environmental challenges, design solutions, build prototypes, and launch their own mission-driven ventures. Alongside startup development, youth gain skills in design thinking, collaboration, pitching, financial literacy, and use of a gamified online innovation platform called Journey. The program also connects participants to mentorship, internship or job-opportunity pathways, and professional networks — effectively blending classroom, digital learning, and workplace-style experiences.
