Exploring Your Potential is an evidence-based career exploration and workforce readiness curriculum and certification used by schools and systems nationwide to prepare students for postsecondary success and the future of work. EYP delivers blended, school-based and virtual learning experiences that combine structured self-reflection, career exploration, and applied skill development. Through guided activities, assessments, and capstone-style experiences, students clarify their interests, build durable skills, and connect their identities to real education and career pathways. To date, EYP has delivered 500,000+ hours of instruction and reflection to learners across high school, vocational, and postsecondary education. Independent evidence and ESSA Tier 3 and Tier 4 designations show that EYP interventions increase student engagement, persistence, and academic performance, with 70–80% of students reporting gains in confidence, clarity, and direction. EYP aligns to High-Quality CTE standards, NACE career readiness competencies, 21st Century Skills, the America Succeeds Durable Skills Framework, and AACSB accreditation standards, supporting both degree and nondegree pathways. The program is especially effective for students from historically underserved and first-generation backgrounds, helping schools translate career exploration into measurable readiness outcomes.
