Apprentice Learning is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering young people through meaningful career exploration and youth-centered learning experiences. By connecting middle and high school students with industry professionals, hands-on worksite opportunities, real-world projects, and reflective skill-building, Apprentice Learning helps learners discover their passions, build confidence, and develop the competencies they need to thrive now and in their future endeavors. The program emphasizes equity, mentorship, and community engagement to ensure all students—especially those from historically and strategically underserved backgrounds—have access to inspiring pathways and the support to pursue them.
