The CAPS Network partners with high schools and local industries to create authentic, profession-based learning experiences. Students engage in projects driven by real business challenges and receive mentorship from industry professionals. The model emphasizes innovation, collaboration, and career exploration across multiple fields such as healthcare, technology, and business. Through these hands-on experiences, students gain the technical and professional skills necessary to transition confidently into college or the workforce.
