District C

Grades 6–8 Grades 9–10 Grades 11–12 Postsecondary
The Distric C program is designed to give students a real-world team-based insternship experience where they colalborate with peers and solve actual business problems rather than just doing traditional work tasks. Over a 4- 6 week cycle, student teams engage in problem-scoping, solution development, and a final pitch to business partners-giving them hands-on exposure to modern workplace skills. The program also extends to educators through a Coaching Institute, which trains teachers to facilitate these team-based experiences in their classrooms. In this way, District C builds both student capability and school capacity to run meaningful work-based learning.
