JUMA Ventures helps young people ages 16 - 24 gain paid job experience and build essential life and careers skills. Participants work at JUMA's social enterprises-like sports and entertainment venues-while receiving training in teamwork, customer service, financial literacy, and career planning. The program also offers coaching and connections to further education or better jobs after completion. Its goal is to help youth gain stability, confidence, and a path toward long term career success.
