The Latino Center of the Midlands offers youth work-base-learning programs called Siembra Nebraska, which provides high school and college students with hands-on internships in industries such as construction, media, healthcare, environmental science, and agriculture. The program connects students with local professionals who offer mentorship and real-world experience. Participants develop practical skills, explore career interests, and gain valuable workplace exposure. Siembra Nebraska helps youth build strong foundations for future careers while fostering leadership and community engagement.
