MassBioEd supports youth and emerging professionals by opening pathways into the life-sciences industry. It offers hands-on programs for students such as internships and apprenticeships that include paid work-based learning and technical training. It also partners with schools to bring real lab-based experiences into classrooms and to strengthen teacher capacity, making science and biotech careers accessible earlier. Across its programs the focus is on skills, workplace readiness, and connecting under-represented youth to meaningful, high-demand career opportunities in life sciences.
