New Orleans Career Center is New Orleans' flagship workforce training hub for youth. Founded in 2017, NOCC prepares both high school students and young adults for high-demand, middle-skill careers that offer living wages, benefits, and additional learning opportunities. NOCC trains for four local, high-demand industries with over 90% of trainees getting certified during their training, with an annual enrollment of 800 for the 2025-2026 training year from 23 NOLA-PS high schools.
