UFCS provides advising, re-engagement services, work-based learning, postsecondary navigation, and employer-connected opportunities through community-based programs and its AI-powered GRADegy platform. Each year, UFCS partners with schools, community colleges, employers, and community organizations to help over 1,400 learners access, persist, and thrive in living-wage pathways.
