Vermont Youth Conservation Corps

VYCC offers paid, team-based outdoor service jobs for young people ages 15 and up, where participants work on conservation projects like trail building, habitat restoration, or sustainable farming. Crews live and learn together—gaining practical work experience, leadership skills, and career credentials—all while making meaningful contributions to Vermont’s natural lands and communities.
