The Wildflyer Coffee Work Experience Program provides paid employment and job training for youth ages 16 -24 who have experienced homelessness or housing instability. Over the course of four months, participants work as baristas while also completing a structured curriculum focused on professional, financial, and independent living skills. The program helps young people build confidence, develop workplace habits, and prepare for long-term stability through employment or futher education. Its goal is to break the cycle of youth homelessness by combining real work experience with holistic personal development.
